Visit to the Andean University of Cusco
Representatives of the University of Tokyo, professor Architect You Bang Keu (Japan) and representative members of the LABIFIARQ team Laboratory of Training Research and Architectural Innovation of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Ricardo Palma University, professors Dra. Architect Doris Esenarro Vargas, Mg. Architect Lorena Castaneda Rodriguez, Architect Vanessa Raymundo Oshin, together with the undergraduate students Patricia Salome Vasquez Marengo, Marie Alexandra Adrianzén Piñas and the high school students Jimena Alejandra Ccalla Chusho and Jesica Vilchez Cairo, visited the facilities of the Andean University of Cusco, receiving the warm welcome granted by the Rector Doctor Di Yanira Bravo and different authorities.
Visiting the Andean University of Cusco was a valuable addition to the concluded architectural research and design process. During this brief and fruitful stay, we had the opportunity to exchange ideas about the role that architecture and urbanism play in the design of our cities, delving into the challenges and opportunities that contemporary architecture faces.
In addition, coordination began to begin the AIAC Peru 2023 Exhibition that will present the winning projects at that university. The exhibition remains open to date, during the month of October.
